Doctor Jelal Bolukbashi graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. He continued his education and specialised in general surgery at Haseki Teaching and Research Hospital, Istanbul, Turkey in 2003. After his specialisation, Doctor Jelal Bolukbashi started working at Tekirdağ Private Life Hospital. From 2005 to 2007, Doctor Jelal Bolukbashi practiced at Four-D Millet Hospital, and from 2008 to 2016, he worked as a general surgeon at Private Asrın Medical Centre. In 2016, he started practice at Corlu Private Lifeport Hospital and in 2020 he took over as Head of KOLAN British Hospital in the centre of Nicosia, TRNC.
