Doctor Bilgin Chinar graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of GATA (Gülhane Medical Military Academy) in 1989. He continued his education and specialised as a Dermatologist-Venerologist at Gulhane Military Clinical Hospital in 1995. After his specialisation, Doctor Bilgin started his practice at the Dermatology Department of the Aviation Hospital in Izmir, Turkey where he worked until 2007. Since 2007, he has been working as a private practicing dermatologist for several years. Doctor Bilgin Chinar currently provides services at the British Kolan Hospital in the centre of Nicosia, TRNC.
